Welcome to Vaha Guitars. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern all custom guitar builds, modifications, equipment purchases, and delivery services offered by us.

All custom guitar builds and modifications are processed under a formal Build Contract. This contract will clearly specify the design, hardware choices, wood selections, finish details, and any other customization discussed and finalized through customer consultation sessions. Once agreed upon and signed, the Build Contract becomes the binding document that governs the build process, estimated timelines, costs, and specifications.

Vaha Guitars promises to deliver completed guitars and related equipment within the time frame specified in the Build Contract, subject to the availability of parts and materials. In circumstances where specialized parts, components, or specific wood stocks must be imported, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly. Customers will be informed of any such lead times during the consultation and finalization of the Build Contract.

Delivery and pickup services are offered directly by Vaha Guitars to ensure the safety and security of your custom instruments. These services are available at a minimal charge, which will be communicated to the customer prior to scheduling. The applicable delivery or pickup fee will be included in the final invoice unless otherwise stated.

All parts and components used in a build or modification carry warranties as provided by their respective manufacturers or as explicitly stated by Vaha Guitars at the time of sale. Vaha Guitars shall honor the standard warranty terms offered by name-brand hardware and equipment suppliers. In cases where Vaha Guitars provides its own warranty terms, these will be outlined clearly at the time of build agreement.

Vaha Guitars is not responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to import restrictions, customs clearance delays, supplier backorders, or natural events. In such events, we will promptly notify the customer and provide updated delivery timelines.

All design, consultation, and customization session records remain the intellectual property of Vaha Guitars. Any major changes requested after the Build Contract has been signed may incur additional charges and could impact the agreed timeline.

By entering into a Build Contract and utilizing our services, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Vaha Guitars reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updated versions published on our official website.
