All products are sourced directly from authorized U.S. brand stores or distributors (such as Gibson, Epiphone, Fender, Taylor, and Schecter) and shipped with full cargo insurance and tracking support to ensure complete peace of mind.

This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Sale and applies to all orders placed through www.vahaguitars.com or any official VAHA Guitars sales channel.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Each order is processed only after successful payment confirmation through our secure gateway (Razorpay).

  • We initiate procurement and inspection of the ordered instrument from our U.S. warehouse partners immediately after purchase.

  • Standard processing and quality inspection time is 15–18 business days from the date of purchase.

  • After inspection, the product is securely packed, insured, and handed over to our international logistics partners for global delivery.

  • Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

3. Global Shipping & Delivery

  • All international orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouses using reputed courier and cargo networks such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or equivalent partners, depending on destination.

  • The average global delivery timeframe is between 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier handling.

  • VAHA Guitars provides doorstep delivery to most international destinations, ensuring your guitar arrives safely, tuned, and ready to play.

  • Remote or restricted delivery areas may require additional transit time or may be serviced via the nearest delivery hub.

4. Shipping Insurance & Transit Safety

  • Every shipment is 100% insured under comprehensive cargo protection, covering any risk of damage, loss, or theft during transit.

  • Our contract for sale includes full coverage for the value of the goods shipped, ensuring customers are protected under all reasonable conditions.

  • In the unlikely event of any visible damage on delivery, the customer must immediately notify VAHA Guitars within 48 hours and share photos or videos for insurance verification.

  • Upon validation, VAHA Guitars will initiate a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy, at no cost to the customer.

5. Authenticity & Sourcing

  • Every instrument sold by VAHA Guitars is a genuine U.S. model, sourced exclusively from authorized U.S. brand stores or official distributors.

  • Each guitar includes a verifiable serial number, which can be authenticated through the respective brand’s official website or support email.

  • Customers may also request serial verification assistance from VAHA Guitars by writing to reach@vahaguitars.com.

  • We strictly avoid parallel imports, replica products, or grey-market instruments.

6. Customs Duties & Import Regulations

  • For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are determined by the customer’s local authority and are not included in the product price unless specifically stated.

  • VAHA Guitars provides full commercial documentation and value declaration to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations in their respective countries.

7. Shipping Charges

  • We offer economically optimized global shipping to ensure fair pricing across destinations.

  • Standard insured shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package value.

  • In certain cases, express or priority shipping upgrades may be offered at additional cost.

8. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Every order is assigned a unique tracking number once dispatched.

  • Customers can monitor their shipment status through the courier’s online tracking portal or via VAHA Guitars customer support.

  • Delivery is deemed complete once the tracking system marks the package as “Delivered” at the customer’s provided address.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

  • VAHA Guitars shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier scheduling issues, or unforeseen international events (such as natural disasters or trade restrictions).

  • However, all shipments remain insured and traceable, and we provide full support to expedite clearance or recovery wherever necessary.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are advised to ensure that their shipping address, contact number, and email ID are entered accurately during checkout.

  • Any delivery re-attempts or redirection fees due to incorrect address entries will be chargeable to the customer.

  • All deliveries require a valid signature or acknowledgment upon receipt.

  • Once an order is placed and accepted, the shipment is governed by our Terms of Sale and Shipping Contract, which ensures:
