1.Shipping Method:

All items will be shipped using the seller's shipping method, which may include shipping by DTDC, Aramex,DHL or any other shipping company based on the availability of services. Customs Charges for receiving end to be paid by the buyer

We make every effort to ship all items within 7 days from payment, unless it is a custom order, for which a separate time constraint will be defined. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.

    3.Shipping Damage:

If a damaged product is received, the customer must inform us on the same day or at maximum the next day of delivery. Physical damage visible due to transportation will be covered by the delivery company, and the customer may refuse to accept the package if the package seal is broken, the package is damaged beyond the layer, or the package is showing heavy damage.
