VAHA Guitars — Cancellation & Refund Policy
At VAHA Guitars, we take pride in sourcing authentic, brand-certified guitars and accessories from authorized U.S. brand stores and distributors including Gibson, Epiphone, Fender, Taylor, Schecter, and other global manufacturers.
Each instrument undergoes a comprehensive quality check before dispatch to ensure our customers receive only genuine, high-quality products that meet international standards.
This policy outlines our terms for order cancellations, modifications, returns, and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process for all global customers.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund with no deductions.

After 7 days but before shipping, cancellations are accepted with a 2% deduction to cover administrative and payment gateway processing costs.

Once the order has been dispatched from our U.S. warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation as it enters international logistics and customs clearance.

All cancellation requests must be made through the official VAHA Guitars communication channel or the email used at the time of purchase.
2. Order Modifications (Before Dispatch)

Customers may request modifications to their order before dispatch, including:

Changing the model, color, or variant of the guitar.

Adding or upgrading accessories, such as cases or maintenance kits.

These requests can be accepted only before the product is dispatched from our U.S. warehouse, typically within 15–18 days from the date of purchase.

Once the order is handed over to logistics partners or export handlers, VAHA Guitars has no control over warehouse or customs processes, and modifications cannot be guaranteed beyond that point.

Price differences for upgraded or modified products must be settled prior to shipment confirmation.
3. Post-Delivery Policy

Once delivered and confirmed to be in good working condition, the product becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of:

Manufacturing defects, or

Transit-related damage or breakage.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Broken Equipment

A replacement of the same model (subject to availability), or

A full refund if the model is unavailable or discontinued.

All verified returns under this clause will be fully covered by VAHA Guitars, including return shipping and insurance costs.
5. Product Authenticity & Verification

Every guitar sold by VAHA Guitars is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized brand channels.

Each product is accompanied by its unique serial number, which can be independently verified by the customer through the official brand website or customer service channels (for example, Gibson, Fender, or Taylor support portals).

6. Quality Inspection & Assurance

Before dispatch, all guitars undergo a multi-point inspection by our technical team covering:

Cosmetic condition and packaging inspection.

Products that pass this inspection are then securely packaged and insured for international shipping.
7. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after eligibility confirmation.
