Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your custom guitar needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Terms:

We are a business registered in India, and all transactions are subject to Indian laws and regulations. Our standard refund policy for all online transactions is 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval of the refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment wherever possible.

Order Cancellations:

Custom Orders: Due to the nature of our business specializing in customized guitar products and services, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if production or customization work has begun.

Stock Products: Orders for standard (non-customized) products can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and our return policy will apply.

EMI-Based Orders:

Orders placed via EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) will require 5 working days for processing of cancellation requests. Upon successful cancellation, the payout will be nil (zero), ensuring no EMI installments are charged after cancellation confirmation. Any EMI cancellation fees, if levied by your bank or payment provider, are not covered by us and will need to be addressed directly with them.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations or cases of product/service non-fulfillment by us. Shipping, handling, or customization charges (if any) are non-refundable once the production process has begun. Refund timelines are estimated at 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund approval.
